2020: Humble Beginnings
We started with a mission: to bring clarity and confidence to the often confusing world of tax and compliance. Initially serving local clients in London, ON, our focus was on personal tax preparation and simple bookkeeping solutions for freelancers and sole proprietors.
2021: Early Growth & Recognition
Word-of-mouth referrals helped us grow rapidly. We expanded our service offerings to include corporate tax returns and HST filings. That year, we successfully filed over 500 returns and were recognized by several clients for our fast, accurate, and friendly service.
2022: Embracing Technology
We fully transitioned to cloud-based platforms like QuickBooks Online and CloudTax to offer clients real-time financial insights and remote support. This digital shift allowed us to serve clients across multiple provinces and support year-round advisory services.
2023: Advisory & CRA Audit Support
We expanded into business advisory and audit representation, helping small business owners make strategic decisions and navigate CRA audits with confidence. We handled over 50 CRA reviews with a 100% resolution success rate, saving clients thousands in penalties and interest.
