Data collected on our Site/Google form will only be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of our Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.

1. Submitting you Canadian (T1) Income Tax and Benefit Return to Canada Revenue Agency and/or Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) Return (if applicable)

Additional Clauses

You understand we do not hold designations of Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
We assure the privacy of the info/docs and will be used for just tax filing purposes and will be disposed of after 6 years of retention period as requested by CRA.
You are responsible for providing full, accurate, and authentic information for your tax return.
You will be responsible for any false representation of information/document submitted to CRA on your return.
You will be responsible for CRA audits to support your claims.

Modifications

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to our data collection process. When we amend this Privacy Policy we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. We recommend that our users periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure that they are notified of any updates. If necessary, we may notify users by email of changes to this Privacy Policy.
